Torbay Council
Following an Ofsted Inspection in 2011, Torbay commissioned our services to design and implement an improvement programme that took them on a journey from an inadequate rating to Adequate, over a 2 year period. The programme, branded CPIP, was highly commended by Ofsted and DfE during the 2013 inspection and throughout their inspection report.
Herefordshire Council
The client approached us following a poor Ofsted inspection in 2013. SPS Ltd were commissioned to set up a sustainable ‘Improvement’ programme across Education and Social Care. SPS partnered delivery of this programme, which helped the local authority come ‘out of intervention’ and rated as ‘requires improvement’ at the follow up Ofsted inspection in 2014.
Cornwall County Council
Succinct Project Solutions Ltd worked with Cornwall during their 10 year improvement journey, from Ofsted rating of ‘Inadequate’ in 2009, to Outstanding in 2019 and we’re delighted to have been their partner during their journey. SPS supported the County of Cornwall to develop their “One Vision” Partnership Transformation Plan. Together, we have achieved outstanding results, and it has been a pleasure to watch the local authority and health partners grow together.

SPS Ltd supported Oxfordshire through a major transformation programme of their Children Services division, which strengthened practice standards, redesigned services, maintained their Ofsted ‘Good’ rating and realised significant financial savings.
Torfaen County Borough Council
Corporate Services engaged with SPS Ltd to aid them evolve a robust and sustainable transformation for children's services, as the key priority within the Corporate Plan. This included the re-design of their Front Door, improving practice standards, implementing a strong performance management framework and culture and delivered a full service review and business case for the fostering service.
